I take people through how a guy who could handle bullets flying over his head, burning buildings, pediatric codes, and everybody else’s emergencies almost lost everything when the chaos became his own.
We go to some raw places.
We laugh a lot too.
And then I teach the skills I wish somebody had handed me years earlier.
Because I don’t want your people leaving saying, “Wow, that guy has a crazy story.”
I want them driving home thinking:
A few different ways to see the work, hear the ideas, and decide if I’m the right fit for your people.
Before I step onstage, I want to know who I’m talking to.
A room full of firefighters is different from a room full of construction leaders. A group that has just been through something difficult may need a different emphasis than a team that’s doing well and wants to build these skills before life tests them.
I want to understand your people, your culture, what they’re carrying, what makes them laugh, and what you hope they’re still thinking about when they drive home.
Then I tailor the stories, examples, humor, language, and emphasis around that room while protecting the heart of the message.
Public Safety • Construction & Trades • Leadership Teams • Associations & Conferences • High-Pressure Workplaces
Give me more time and we can do more than talk about the tools.
The workshop gives us room to slow down, practice them, answer questions, and connect the material to situations your people are actually navigating.
Depending on the audience, we can go deeper into emotional regulation, communication, conflict, mindfulness, anger, family stress, peer support, and gratitude.
I can move the room, tell the story, teach meaningful skills, and send people home with things they can start using immediately.
More tools. More practice. More conversation. More application.
And if you’re not sure which one makes sense?
Tell me who’s going to be in the room and what you want them to walk away with.
I’ll tell you what I recommend.
